Thomas McTyer brings veteran TCU backcourt value
Thomas McTyer is a name with real college-basketball history at TCU, where the career record page lists him as a longtime guard contributor from 1997-98 to 2000-01, which suggests durability and program familiarity rather than flash alone. Because the available results do not provide current-season TCU stats or recent scouting notes, the safest read is that his value profile is about steady guard play, experience, and fit rather than headline scoring. If you need a low-drama, system-ready guard who can organize possessions and stabilize a roster, that is the kind of profile McTyer represents.[1]
