Hassan Ceesay brings length, defensive playmaking, and a proven scoring pop
Ceesay is a 6-foot-4 guard from Newark who arrived at Stony Brook with a strong prep résumé, including averages of 13 points, six rebounds, and three steals per game as a junior, and the steal number is the loudest clue about his edge: he plays with real disruption and activity. He also showed enough scoring ability to earn college minutes and later transferred, which suggests a player with toughness and adaptability rather than empty hype. If your team wants a competitive, defense-first guard with some secondary scoring juice and a bit of dog in him, he’s worth a look.
