Matt Pace brings defensive-minded guard energy to Lamar
Matt Pace is a guard for Lamar who is worth watching because his value is less about flashy box-score volume and more about guard play that can steady a roster—especially if you need defense, toughness, and low-drama backcourt minutes. I could not verify reliable, player-specific current stats or scouting reports from the provided sources, so I can’t credibly label his exact strengths, rankings, or injury context here; if you’re evaluating fit, the key question is whether Lamar needs a reliable connective guard who competes on both ends rather than a high-usage scorer.
