Juwan Tyus brings veteran tight-end savvy and big-play juice to Chattanooga
Juwan Tyus is a polished, experienced Chattanooga tight end who has shown real receiving upside, including a 75-yard touchdown grab in 2021 and 20 career catches for 246 yards and 1 TD on the ESPN profile. He is a converted wideout, which shows up in his route feel and ability to stress defenses after the catch, and Chattanooga’s roster/history notes he had 25 games with 14 starts and even returned to TE after beginning at WR. He looks like a fit for teams valuing versatility, savvy, and seam-threat potential more than pure mauling size.
