Jacob Hobbs brings low-usage, high-efficiency frontcourt depth for Lipscomb
Hobbs is a veteran forward whose value has been steady, situational minutes, defensive rebounding, and occasional perimeter touch rather than volume scoring. In his 2020-21 season at Lipscomb, he shot 47.1% from the field and 50.0% from three while averaging 1.7 points and 1.3 rebounds in limited action, showing he can space the floor without forcing shots. His fit is as a reliable energy big who understands his role, competes on the glass, and adds mature, low-drama depth to a rotation.
