Athletic Michigan tackle with NFL-caliber frame and depth value
Ryan Hayes is a **6-foot-6, 305-pound athletic offensive tackle** whose size, quickness, and tackle flexibility helped him earn NFL attention after Michigan, where he was part of a line praised for its quality and toughness. He was a **2023 seventh-round pick** and later signed by Tennessee in the 2026 offseason to provide **offensive line depth**. For a team, he fits best as a developmental tackle with upside: his calling card is movement skill for his frame, while his value comes from versatility and reserve reliability rather than headline-grabbing stat production.
