From UAPB LS to Rising Special Teams Coach
Jack Ray, a 2019 Arkansas-Pine Bluff accounting graduate and former long snapper for the Golden Lions, has transitioned from college athlete to coaching standout, joining University of Hawai'i as special teams analyst in 2023 before entering his second season at Kentucky as assistant special teams coordinator under Parker Fleming. His playing career details are sparse, but his rapid rise highlights leadership, football IQ, and special teams expertise—ideal for teams seeking a dedicated coach who captained at UAPB and brings 240 career tackles from prior stints. A differentiator in player development with proven staff progression.
