Freshman DB with a clean slate at Alcorn State
Quintin Patterson is a 2026 Alcorn State freshman defensive back from Corinth, Miss., listed at 6-0 and 165 pounds, but there’s no current-season stat line yet—so the read is more projection than production right now[1]. His appeal is the classic DB toolkit: length, lean frame, and local-in-state upside, which can translate well if he shows range, tackling confidence, and special-teams value in live reps[1]. For a roster fit, he looks like a developmental defensive back worth monitoring rather than an immediate proven impact player[1].
