physical, high-volume linebacker who has already shown All-League impact
Gainous built his reputation at Fordham as a relentless run-and-hit linebacker, highlighted by a 119-tackle season that ranked first in the Patriot League and 16th nationally, while also earning first-team all-league recognition. [1][4] What makes him appealing is the combination of production and presence: he was described as an intimidating on-field force, suggesting a tone-setter who plays with edge and consistency rather than just chasing stats. [1] He fits best for a team that values instinct, toughness, and a proven tackler who can anchor the middle of a defense. [1][4]
