Colorado State’s mystery man at WR
I couldn’t verify any reliable current-season game stats, rankings, or scouting reports for J.J. Stepien in the available sources, so he reads more like an unproven roster name than a well-documented contributor right now. That means the big question is fit and upside: if Colorado State is keeping him on the WR depth chart, the draw is likely developmental potential rather than a proven production profile. In plain English: intriguing, but there isn’t enough public evidence yet to call him a stat-sheet star or a polished impact target.
