Ray Saunders brings veteran CCSU defensive-line grit, but current 2026 impact is unclear
Ray Saunders is listed as a Central Connecticut State defensive lineman, but the available public results do not surface current 2026 game-by-game production, so his present status looks more like a roster/identity check than a stat-leader spotlight. The main takeaway is upside in the trenches: a DL profile usually means leverage, physicality, and gap discipline, but there isn’t enough reliable recent data here to fairly grade his current performance, rankings, or injury context. If you’re evaluating him for fit, you’d want more verified 2026 film or camp notes before making a call.
