Carson Sneed brings SEC-sized upside as a bruising in-line TE for UNC
Carson Sneed is a 2026 four-star tight end committed to North Carolina, ranked around No. 17-18 nationally at the position and inside the top 400 overall in major recruiting services. In the 2025 scouting notes, he’s described as a throwback in-line blocker with rare size, already effective at sealing run lanes, and with the frame to grow into a 260-pound-plus mismatch piece. He’s not yet a pure downfield separator, but his red-zone feel, physicality, and two-tight-end fit make him a strong scheme-specific fit for a hard-nosed offense.
