Ege Peksari brings low-usage, high-IQ guard value for UNI
Peksari is a proven glue-guard prospect: in the 2022-23 season at Northern Iowa, he played 25 games and posted 20 points, 14 rebounds, 22 assists, and 6 steals while shooting 41.1% overall and 40.0% from three, showing efficient perimeter touch and solid playmaking in limited minutes.[1] He also earned MVC Honor Roll recognition, which fits the profile of a disciplined, team-first player rather than a volume scorer.[1] The one red flag is that he redshirted in 2023-24, so his next-value jump depends on how quickly he turns that efficiency into consistent court impact.[1]
