Evan Vaughn brings Furman a versatile, low-drama TE/LS with proven trust value
Evan Vaughn is a 6-2, 227-pound Furman tight end/long snapper who profiles as a dependable, role-friendly piece rather than a high-volume stat monster: ESPN lists him with 0 career receiving yards and 0 touchdowns, while Furman’s roster identifies him as a TE/LS, underscoring his value on special teams and in the “do your job” trenches. He was rated a 2-star, 247Sports’ No. 138 tight end, so the appeal is less flash and more reliability, toughness, and roster flexibility for a team that needs a steady, coachable contributor.[6][7][2]
