Versatile Minnesota DB with steady, rotation-value upside
McKelton profiles as a dependable Minnesota defensive back whose value is in consistency and versatility rather than splashy box-score production. The Gophers list him as a senior DB, and available roster/history material suggests he was trusted enough to remain part of the program’s defensive depth chart. Because public stat detail is limited, the clearest takeaway is fit: he looks like a player who can help in multiple DB roles, give a team reliable practice/rotation value, and bring a stable, no-drama presence to the secondary.
