limited 2026 stat line, veteran DB profile for Texas Tech
De'Shon Sanders is listed by ESPN as a Texas Tech defensive back, and the latest available stat line shows 4 total tackles in the 2026 season, with 3 solo stops and 1 assist[1][5]. That kind of usage suggests a depth-piece, special-teams, or rotational role rather than a headline-grabber, but veteran DBs who stick around usually earn trust with assignment soundness, toughness, and practice reliability. The big question for any team fit is upside versus available tape: if you want a steady, experience-based defensive back who can handle details and team duties, Sanders is worth a look[1].
