Colorado State’s reliable snapper: Jacob Raab brings steady special-teams value
Jacob Raab is a dependable Colorado State long snapper whose value is built on consistency rather than splash plays: CSU notes he appeared in 10 games and did not have a bad snap on punts or specialty kicks, while also adding three solo tackles in punt coverage. That profile matters because elite special teams starts with clean operation under pressure, and Raab’s best differentiator is reliability in a role where mistakes are costly. At 6-foot-0 and 235 pounds, the Phoenix product projects as a fit for teams that prioritize precision, toughness, and low-risk execution on special teams.
