Deon Lewis brings depth and intrigue to Alabama State’s secondary
Deon Lewis is listed as an Alabama State defensive back, but the available public data is thin, so the safest read is that he’s a roster-level name to monitor rather than a fully profiled star. A notable outside signal is HBCU preseason All-America recognition tied to Alabama State’s Lewis in 2025, which suggests there is real buzz around the program’s defensive talent pipeline. If he fits your team, it’s likely because of upside, physicality, and developmental value in a secondary that prizes toughness and playmaking.
