A big-bodied Memphis tight end with a blocking-first edge
In the 2000 season, Jeff Cameron was a redshirt sophomore tight end for Memphis who earned praise as a strong blocker and an improving receiver after missing most of the 1999 campaign with a knee injury.[1] That injury history matters, but so does the upside: Memphis described him as someone who came on strong in spring practice and was expected to join the regular rotation, which points to a player with toughness, growth potential, and a high-floor fit for a team that values physicality at TE.[1]
