Jimmie Houston brings rare size to the SFA WR room
A 6-foot-4, 227-pound redshirt sophomore at Stephen F. Austin in the 2026 season, Jimmie Houston stands out for his big-frame outside-receiver profile and clear mismatch potential in the red zone and on contested catches.[1] The catch: the available roster data doesn’t show his 2026 stat line or major preseason honors, so the real question is usage—if SFA leans into his physicality, he could become a tough, reliable fit for a team that wants an imposing possession target with upside.[1][9]
