Big-bodied interior defender with proven run-stopping production
Jacoby Briscoe is a 6-foot-5, 312-pound defensive tackle who brings a classic space-eating frame and steady interior production to Louisiana. In his listed college season with the Ragin’ Cajuns, he ranked third among defensive linemen with 19 tackles (11 solo) and added 2.5 tackles for loss, which points to a disruptive, active presence rather than just a two-gap plugger. A former three-star recruit and top-70 DT prospect by major services, Briscoe profiles as a tough, high-motor interior piece who can help a defense stay sturdy against the run.
