A&T Hall of Fame DB remembered for playmaking, ball skills, and toughness
Curtis Deloatch is a former North Carolina A&T standout defensive back whose profile is built on proven playmaking: he finished his senior year as defensive back of the year with 4 interceptions and a pick-six, and he was also a first-team all-conference performer and Hall of Fame inductee. His differentiators are ball production, physicality, and versatility as a walk-on who developed into a six-year NFL veteran, which signals competitiveness and coachability. For a team, he represents the kind of DB who brings instinct, confidence, and a track record of big-game impact rather than empty athletic hype.
