Vanessa Barajas brings size and rim protection to Omaha’s front line
Barajas is a 6-foot-3 center whose value comes from interior length, efficient finishing, and a low-usage role that can stabilize the paint; in the available Omaha/ESPN season data, she has averaged 0.8 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 0.3 assists while shooting 50.0% from the field, with Omaha listing her as having appeared in all 30 games and made 12 starts in one season. [1][5] The appeal is more about fit than flash: she offers a reliable, physical post presence, but the stat line suggests she is not yet a high-volume offensive engine, so she best profiles as a depth/balance piece rather than a centerpiece.
