Robert Council brings dual-threat juice and veteran poise to Morgan State’s QB room
Robert Council’s profile is built on versatility: Morgan State listed him at 6-foot-4, 215 pounds as a redshirt senior, and earlier Bears notes show he could beat defenses with both his arm and legs, including a 2014 season line of 791 passing yards, 508 rushing yards, 7 passing TDs, and 6 rushing TDs. He’s the kind of quarterback who can extend plays, punish soft edges, and keep an offense on schedule — a fit if your system values mobility, toughness, and a seasoned game manager with real run-threat upside.
