A steady, physical forward who gives Washington a blue-collar edge
McNeill’s value comes less from box-score pop and more from the kind of dependable, physical play that coaches trust: as a Washington forward, she has been used as a rebound-and-defend presence, with current listed production around 4.0 points, 0.4 assists, 0.4 steals and limited offensive volume. Her background as a four-year letterwinner and three-year team captain in high school points to leadership and competitiveness, while her low-maintenance role profile suggests a fit for teams needing toughness, effort and positional flexibility rather than a high-usage scorer.
