Oklahoma State LB with proven production and a competitive edge
Steve Sumpter is listed as a linebacker for Oklahoma State, and the current public stat pages show him in the Cowboys’ 2026 player pool, though detailed season production is not yet publicly surfaced in the results provided.[3][5] The differentiator here is profile and pedigree: Oklahoma State has featured him as part of its program, and his earlier football background suggests an athlete with real two-way toughness and field vision, not just a pure stat collector.[6][4] If you want a linebacker whose value may come from instincts, effort, and versatility rather than box-score flash, he is worth monitoring.
