Eastern Illinois TE Derrek Tiburzi brings compact, physical size and redshirt-junior experience
Derrek Tiburzi is a **5-foot-11, 220-pound redshirt junior tight end** at Eastern Illinois, which points to a compact, physical build that can translate well in the run game and on short-yardage work.[2] He profiles as a **blue-collar, development-minded fit** rather than a volume-stat headline maker, and his biological sciences major plus hometown roots in Gillespie suggest a grounded, disciplined profile that can appeal to staffs looking for reliability and toughness.[2]
