Jason Crawford - Maryland RB: Solid Contributor with Efficient Ground Game
Crawford, a Maryland sophomore running back from Forestville, MD, averaged a respectable 4.1 yards per carry during the 2013 season. While his production numbers are modest, he demonstrated reliability in the backfield with a career-high 47 yards on 13 carries against TSU and found the end zone. Crawford represents a dependable, if unspectacular, option in a committee approach—best suited for teams seeking a complementary back who can move the chains consistently rather than a featured playmaker.
