Brendon Carter brings strike-throwing size and a proven bullpen profile to Tarleton State
Carter profiles as a durable, right-handed arm who limits free passes and can miss enough bats to help stabilize a staff; in Tarleton State’s roster bio, he logged a 3-1 record, a 5.96 ERA, 17 strikeouts, only 6 walks, and held opponents to a .221 average, which points to command and contact management as his calling cards. He also has an intriguing power profile from prior amateur tracking data, making him the kind of pitcher a team could value for matchup innings if it needs a steady, low-drama competitor with upside.
