Wyoming’s do-it-all slot threat with breakout buzz
In the 2025 season, Deion DeBlanc showed early versatility for Wyoming with 17 catches for 90 yards, plus 10 rushing attempts for 54 yards and a score, and he also flashed as a return threat with a 53-yard punt-return burst. He’s the kind of player coaches like because he can move around the formation, add hidden yards, and juice special teams; the caveat is that his receiving production is still more “promising role player” than proven volume weapon. At 5-foot-10, he fits best as a quick-twitch, multi-use piece in an offense that wants motion, space, and speed.
