a Texas A&M linebacker with proven production and old-school edge
Tupe’s Texas A&M profile is built on verified production: in the 2006 and 2007 seasons, he totaled 151 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, and an interception, while earning Big 12 Defensive Newcomer of the Year and team Defensive MVP honors. He stands out as a downhill, physical linebacker with real tackling volume and a reputation for intensity rather than flash. That makes him appealing to teams that value toughness, instincts, and reliability in the middle of the defense.
