seasoned EKU guard with real college-basketball mileage
Monte Burney is a veteran guard whose value is more about experience and steadiness than flash; public roster records list him at 6-1 and show him as an Eastern Kentucky guard with a college career that began in 2013-14, which makes him the kind of player who understands pace, spacing, and older-guy toughness. The catch: there isn’t reliable current-season production available here, so the safest read is that he projects as a leadership-and-ball-security fit rather than a stat-stuffing headline machine.
