Delaware State LB Building Defensive Presence
Shawn Wood is a linebacker for Delaware State who helped lead the Colonials to a 12-0 record and Division I championship as a senior in high school. The New Castle, Delaware native brings versatility to the defensive unit, having also lined up at fullback where he averaged nearly 14 yards per carry. At the college level, Wood is developing his craft as a defensive anchor. His combination of positional flexibility, proven winning pedigree, and physical tools make him an intriguing prospect for programs seeking depth and developmental potential at linebacker.
