Marketta Talley gives Charleston a reliable scoring spark on the perimeter
Marketta Talley is a proven guard who has shown she can contribute double-digit scoring for Charleston, including 16 points against Appalachian State and 11 against Georgia Tech, which points to dependable offensive value when the Cougars need a shot-maker. Her appeal is less about flashy volume and more about being a steady perimeter option who can survive in competitive games and help stabilize the offense. If you want a guard who brings experience, toughness, and scoring pop without needing to dominate the ball, she looks like a useful fit.
