Stephan Fowlkes brings size, early-game experience, and upside to VMI’s defensive front
In the 2023 season, Stephan Fowlkes played in nine games as a true freshman and recorded seven tackles, then in 2024 he sat out much of the season because of injury, which makes his next step more about health and development than box-score hype.[1] At 6-foot-4 and 240 pounds, he has the frame coaches want on the edge, and his appeal is the combo of length, early playing experience, and room to grow into a more disruptive DL presence.[1][2]
