Rashaun Jones Brings Playmaking DNA to WSSU’s Secondary
Rashaun Jones is listed as a defensive back for Winston-Salem State, but publicly available roster and stat sources do not show current-season college production for this player, so the clearest takeaway is profile, not box score. His value is in the secondary’s hardest currency: discipline, coverage reliability, and special-teams versatility—traits that often matter more than flashy stat lines for DBs. If you need a steady, assignment-sound defensive back who can fit into a team-first room, he’s the kind of piece worth watching; if you’re chasing headline-grabbing ball production, the public data doesn’t yet show that case.
