Cheryl Stevens was a defensive-minded Princeton frontcourt anchor and veteran leader
In her Princeton career, Cheryl Stevens brought size, rebounding, and steady frontcourt defense, appearing in all 28 games as a junior in 2008-09 and averaging 2.3 points and 3.3 rebounds while making 13 starts; Princeton also credited her as senior leadership on a team that ranked 5th nationally in scoring defense, which points to her value beyond box-score scoring. Her profile suggests a reliable, low-ego fit for teams that want toughness, experience, and defensive accountability more than headline-grabbing offense.
