Depth DB with upside in Dayton’s secondary
Ottmar looks like a developmental defensive back who can earn trust through consistency, effort, and football IQ rather than flashy production; however, the available search results do not include reliable, athlete-specific performance data, rankings, or recent scouting notes for Dayton, so any stronger claim would be speculation. If your team wants a DB who may fit as a reliable depth piece with room to grow, he is worth monitoring—but current public evidence is too thin to label him a proven impact defender.
