Josh Ferguson brings proven production and a tackling presence at linebacker
Ferguson is a **productive, experienced linebacker** who has shown he can handle a full workload, with Houston Christian listing him after a season where he racked up **46 tackles** and a career-high **12 tackles** in a game[4]. He also has a track record of high-level football IQ and versatility from his earlier career at Illinois, where he led that team in rushing in 2015 before moving to defense later in his career[5]. For a program needing a reliable, physical LB who can diagnose quickly and finish plays, he looks like a solid fit.
