Jared Lary brings length, shot-making upside, and two-way grit to Detroit
In the 2025-26 season, Detroit Mercy guard Jared Lary is a 6-foot-6 senior who gives the Titans a big wing/guard look, and his earlier 2024-25 stretch showed real value before a knee injury ended his season after nine games, when he was averaging 9.1 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.1 steals while shooting 42.7% from the field and 40.0% from three. He looks like a fit if your team wants size on the perimeter, defensive activity, and a player who can score without needing the offense built entirely around him; the injury history is the key checkpoint, but the upside is obvious when he’s right.
