Double-Double Machine Turned Steady Rebounder for Tennessee Tech
Ja'Cardo Hawkins, a 6'8" forward for Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles, brings JUCO pedigree from Blinn College where he averaged 12.9 points, 9.6 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks per game in 2014-15 with 14 double-doubles, but transitioned to a role player in 2016-17 (28 games, 2.5 pts, 3.0 reb avg). His rebounding tenacity, shot-blocking instincts, and physicality stand out as differentiators for a gritty frontcourt contributor—perfect fit for teams needing blue-collar energy off the bench without high-usage demands.
