Justin Montgomery brings low-center burst and proven efficiency to the RB room
Justin Montgomery is a compact, productive back whose 2025 résumé stands out more for efficiency than volume: he rushed for 744 yards and 10 touchdowns while averaging 5.9 yards per carry, earning Second Team All-Conference honors, and he has 845 career rushing yards with 10 total scores across two seasons. He’s the kind of runner who can quietly punish defenses with balance, leverage, and consistent chunk plays rather than flashy home-run chaos. If a team wants a reliable, physical change-of-pace back with enough juice to finish drives, he’s worth a serious look.
