Jacksonville's 7-0 Ace and Eight-Homer Power Threat
JJ Gardner is a rare two-way standout for the Jacksonville Dolphins, dominating as a right-handed pitcher with a perfect 7-0 record and 2.16 ERA while leading his team with eight home runs and 36 hits in the 2025 season [7]. His differentiator is elite versatility: he throws a fastball sitting 89–92 mph with repeatable mechanics and shows 'good life' on the pitch, while also delivering intense power at the plate [10]. Beyond stats, Gardner is a Gainesville native with a 6-1, 205-lb physical frame who transitioned from high school at F.W. Buchholz to college with high excitement for his dual role [3][9]. He's a high-intensity, reliable competitor who offers immediate value for any team needing a clutch pitcher who can also change a game with his bat, making him an ideal fit for rosters seeking versatile, game-changing talent.
