vocal, hyper-athletic safety with playmaking juice
Cardedrick Foreman is a Weber State safety whose calling card has long been energy, athleticism, and range; in the 1999 season, he was the Wildcats’ fourth-leading tackler with 65 stops, plus two interceptions and two fumble recoveries, and one coach described him as “very vocal and hyper” with steady week-to-week improvement. That profile suggests a defender who can rally the secondary, bring downhill pop, and lift the sideline intensity. He looks like a fit for a team that values communication, effort, and adaptable defensive backs who can make impact plays.
