Justis Henley brings veteran DB instincts and playmaking flair to Delaware
Henley has been a steady, physical presence in Delaware’s secondary, and in the 2022 season he earned All-CAA Second Team honors after posting 42 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, seven pass breakups, one interception, and two blocked kicks. His differentiator is the blend of coverage discipline and impact plays—he’s the kind of defensive back who can erase top receivers, then pop up with a momentum-swinging breakup or special-teams flash. Delaware also credited him as a veteran leader in the cornerback room, which matters for teams valuing experience, toughness, and communication as much as raw ball production.
