UNCG’s go-to forward with a scorer’s touch and old-school toughness
Ronnie Burrell was a steady, high-impact forward for UNCG from 2001-05, finishing his college career with 1,000+ points and 500+ rebounds and earning All-Southern Conference honors in 2004 and 2005[2][1]. He stood out as a reliable go-to option in big games, including a 19-point outing in a season-best shooting performance for the Spartans, which reflects a player who could score efficiently and shoulder real offensive responsibility[10][3]. If you want a physical, proven frontcourt presence who brings production, composure, and a track record of rising in key moments, Burrell fits that brief nicely[2][10].
