Connor Corwin is already flashing as a tackle-first freshman linebacker for UIW
In the 2026 season, Connor Corwin has opened with 2 total tackles, including 1 solo stop and 1 assist, while working as a freshman linebacker for UIW[3][4][12]. His profile is built for early-down physicality: he’s listed at 5-foot-10, 195 pounds, and arrived from Parish Episcopal after a senior year with 94 tackles, 15.5 tackles for loss, 7 sacks, and an interception[1][8][9]. That production says he can chase, finish, and create backfield disruption — the kind of active, high-motor defender that can fit a fast, aggressive front if you want instincts and effort over flash[1].
