Brittany Turner brings proven guard spark to Texas Southern
Brittany Turner is listed as a 5-5 guard from Palestine, Texas, for Texas Southern, and she already has a record of stepping up in big moments; in a 2024 game, teammate Jordyn Turner posted a 25-point, 10-rebound breakout that showed the Lady Tigers can win when their guard play ignites, while Texas Southern’s 2025-26 roster and results suggest a team still leaning on perimeter creation and pace. The fit? If your team values a quick, competitive guard who can handle pressure, attack gaps, and add toughness, Turner looks like the kind of energetic fit that can keep a backcourt humming.
