Liam O’Brien brings dual-threat stability to Cincinnati’s QB room
Liam O’Brien enters the 2026 season at Cincinnati as a seasoned, Ivy-League-tested quarterback who won First-Team All-Ivy League honors in 2025 after throwing for 2,376 yards, 19 touchdowns and only six interceptions while adding 548 rushing yards and seven scores. What makes him intriguing is the combo of efficient passing, run-game punch and poise under pressure — exactly the kind of mature, competitive presence that can steady a room even if he’s not the listed starter. For a team that values a smart, movable QB with real production and lower turnover risk, he’s a very playable fit.
