Micah Strickland brings elite speed and positional versatility to TCU’s secondary
Strickland enters TCU as a 6-foot-1, 185-pound freshman corner with verified track speed, strong prep production, and rare two-way defensive versatility, having played corner, safety, running back and special teams in high school.[5][4] His recruiting profile and high school resume point to a high-upside athlete who can close quickly, tackle confidently, and contribute in multiple coverage roles, while TCU lists him as an active redshirt freshman after appearing in four games last season.[5][1] He looks like a good fit for a defense that values length, range, and matchup flexibility.[16][5]
